I had an amazing stay at the hotel with wonderful views overlooking the Haifa harbor. The rooms were so comfortable, and facing the harbor area offered great views. The service was exceptional, with very accommodating staff arranging take-away breakfast and helping with vehicle arrangements at genuine rates. The location on top of Mount Carmel, providing a magnificent overview of Haifa Bay, was truly amazing. The dining experience was a treat, offering beautifully presented dishes with abundant variety that changed daily.

My stay was truly delightful at this hotel. The rooms were so nice and comfortable, making it a wonderful place to unwind and relax. The staff provided great service - they were friendly, helpful, and always there for us. The location was quiet and well-maintained, although it could use some furniture updates. The dining experience was enjoyable with plenty of delicious choices. Overall, a great experience with minor room for improvement in certain areas.
